Some of our customers choose extended services. We are happy to help with the training of new staff members, support team leaders with their work and complete back-office routines such as compiling contact lists. Our extended services are very affordable at only €65/hour.

We assemble customized solutions
LeadDesk Machine and LeadDesk Button are used by more than 50 customer organizations and 1,000 users each day. For some customers, we have provided a customized service. 10-20% of contact numbers are inactive
Did you know that some countries more than 2 SIM cards per resident? This is a result of subscribers having more than one provider, prepaid subscriptions forgotten in the drawer, mobile broadband devices with no calling function, etc. For you this means that a large share of the numbers on your contact lists are inactive.
We clean up your lists for you
We use our proprietary technology to clean up those lists automatically. This technology is based on accessing something called HLR registers the operators provide to mobile/messaging gateway operators. Our pricing starts at 1 euro-cents per contact. The clean-up is not visible to your contacts in any way, and does not require any investments from our customers.
