It gives your agents the ability to call any phone number by just clicking on the number on the screen (“click-to-call”) – while working within your current CRM. This supports more active outreach. The LeadDesk Button is based on the same technology as the Machine, and you can choose landline/VoIP/GSM as a call technology.

Transparency in day-to-day operations
For your team leaders, the LeadDesk Button provides critical information about your calling operations. You can track the number of calls, status (answered/not-answered) and call length from one central location, the admin panel. Call recording is also available should you opt-in for one. Works on any cloud-based CRM
Adding the LeadDesk Button is simple and easy, and it works with any web/cloud-based CRM system. Just link your CRM URL with LeadDesk, and the service will add a call button next to each number. You can access the admin panel with any browser. Furthermore, this does not require any integration with the CRM itself as the tool works on any CRM

We are Salesforce.com-friendly
