LeadDesk offers several ways to make calls – manual, semi-progressive, progressive and contact list calling. For most consumer campaigns progressive is the way to go. Many B2B agents want to use time for research between calls and thus select semi-progressive calling. Choose whatever fits your strategy.

Your data is safe and secure
LeadDesk is an all-in-one service. You do not need your own infrastructure, servers or IT. Our database/server structure is 100% backed up. You can access your database and agent/admin panels through our banking-level secure access points. We also offer API for database/functionality integration. However, if you so decide, we can also provide the whole system as an on-premise system.

Ridiculously low system requirements
All you need is a computer, headsets and an internet connection. Start connecting with your leads or customers in a few hours! If you opt for our GSM functionality, the IP bandwidth requirements are low, removing a potential obstacles in remote/emerging locations. LeadDesk comes with an installation package for the agents (currently, only Windows supported). The Team Leader admin panel can be accessed with any browser.
